Tim Clement incorporated C-Spect, Inc. in 1982. We are an established project management and visual inspection company. We offer a wide range of expertise and experience in the construction of oilfield production equipment, pipelines and onshore/offshore installations.
During the past 35 years, C-Spect, Inc. has provided management and inspection services for key projects for many major and independent oil companies. These projects have included domestic and foreign on site surveillance and supervision services. Some of the locations include Trinidad, Tunisia, Ecuador, Russia, Gabon and the US Gulf of Mexico.
